One of the exciting ministries at
Sweetwater Branch Baptist is the Men's Fellowship. This is
where any man can feel free to come and take part. God is
really working in the hearts of the men that have been a part of
this fellowship. Recently we have studied in God's Word,
The Holy Bible, how to be the Christian man God has called us to
be. We have studied how to nurture our faith, how to treat
our wives, how to work with our children, how to be spiritual
leaders in our homes, church and community. God is
blessing in a mighty way. This is a great time where men can get
together to discuss what God is doing in their lives.
Another exciting aspect of the fellowship is what we call
"accountability partners" this is a commitment where two men are
partnered up and we share with one another special prayer
requests or needs. We commit to call each other and lift
each other up in prayer. I would personally like to invite
any man to come out and enjoy this fellowship. We meet the
first Monday of every month in the Fellowship Hall at 6:30 pm. We have a meal and a great time.
